### Key Responsibilities
* Handle client enquiries through email, phone and WhatsApp and understand requirements clearly.
* Quickly suggest suitable products/options from our catalogue based on client requirement and budget.
* Prepare quotations, product proposals and presentations using **Excel, PowerPoint and Google Sheets**.
* Process confirmed orders and coordinate with vendors,
printers and internal teams for procurement, customization and branding.
* Track orders closely and ensure timely execution and dispatch to clients.
* Handle last-minute enquiries and urgent/rush orders calmly and efficiently.
* Follow up with vendors and printers to ensure quality and committed timelines.
* Coordinate internally for order status, documentation, dispatch and delivery.
* Maintain enquiry, order and follow-up records.
* Identify opportunities for **upselling and cross-selling** relevant products.
* Proactively identify prospective corporate clients and generate current enquiries.
* Suggest creative product combinations, gifting ideas and customized solutions.
* Draft professional client emails and communicate confidently in English.
