- Proven experience in MBA student placements and corporate hiring.
- Strong network of corporates, HR professionals, and recruiters.
- Experience in corporate tie-ups, campus recruitment, interviews, and offer closures.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term corporate relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and follow-up skills.
