- Develop and launch new food, beverage, herbal, Ayurvedic and wellness products aligned with market requirements.
- Research current ingredients, formulations, flavours, packaging formats and product concepts.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Quality, Procurement, Production, Marketing and Packaging teams from concept to commercial launch.
- Conduct product trials, sampling, testing and sensory evaluation.
- Prepare and maintain product formulations, BOMs, specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with raw-material and packaging vendors for samples, quotations, specifications and availability.
- Evaluate ingredient quality, functionality, shelf life and cost implications.
- Work on product costing and margin optimisation in coordination with Finance/Procurement.
- Coordinate pilot batches and commercial production trials at the manufacturing facility.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
