Job Summary

Avodha Edutech is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable HR Tutor to train students in human resource management and practical HR skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and interactive HR classes.

Teach topics such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.

Provide practical examples, activities, and assignments.

Guide students in understanding real-world HR processes and workplace practices.

Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

Keep students updated on current HR trends and practices.

Requirements





Strong knowledge of HR concepts and practices.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Previous teaching or training experience is preferred.

HR industry experience is an added advantage.

Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically.

Immediate joining preferred.
