CENGRS is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern (Fresher) who is eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources and build a solid foundation in HR operations & recruitment .

Key Responsibilities

-Assist in the setup and implementation of HRMS
-Support the team in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process
-Assist in designing, coordinating, and managing candidate assessment tests
-Prepare PPTs, presentations, and other materials required for the onboarding process
-Support day-to-day HR activities and contribute to various HR initiatives
