ey Responsibilities

- Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of air-conditioning systems.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults and carry out necessary repairs.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of AC units and HVAC equipment.
- Identify faulty components and determine the correct spare parts and materials required.
- Handle parts procurement, including identifying required parts, obtaining quotations, coordinating with suppliers/vendors, and arranging timely purchase and delivery.
- Verify the specifications, quality, quantity, and compatibility of procured spare parts.
- Maintain proper records of spare parts, purchases, consumption, and inventory.
- Coordinate with suppliers and management to ensure critical parts are available when required.
- Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and related servicing work as required.
- Maintain service reports and document completed maintenance and repair activities.
- Follow safety procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and company standards while performing all work.
- Attend emergency breakdowns and complete repairs within the required timeframe.
- Maintain tools, equipment,



and work areas in valuable condition.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, HVAC, Electrical, or a related field.
- Previous experience as an AC/HVAC Technician.
- Good knowledge of split AC, cassette AC, ducted AC, package units, and other HVAC systems.
- Practical experience in spare-parts identification and procurement is mandatory.
- Ability to communicate with vendors and negotiate/compare quotations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot problems effectively.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
