Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Project Manager – Telecom with 6 to 7 years of core domain experience to join our team in Gurugram. Serving as the primary right hand to the Deputy General Manager (DGM) – Telecom, you will be responsible for driving site-level execution, resource planning, project timelines, and operational delivery across active, passive, and fiber deployment tracks.

Key Responsibilities

- Executive Support to DGM: Act as the strategic and operational right hand to the DGM - Telecom, assisting in schedule tracking, risk management, client reporting, and cross-functional team alignment.
- Turnkey Project Execution: Manage daily operations and end-to-end rollout for active equipment (BTS, microwave, RAN), passive setups (towers, power systems, civil foundation), and fiber networks (OFC laying, blowing, splicing, and FTTH).
- Vendor & Field Operations Management: Direct contractors, field engineers, and OEMs to ensure site execution meets technical specifications, quality standards, and strict timelines.
- Timeline & Budget Governance:



Track milestone progress using project management tools, manage project budgets, mitigate delays, and resolve site-level bottlenecks proactively.
- Client & Regulatory Coordination: Coordinate with telecom client project teams, local authorities, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth site acquisition, row permissions, and operational compliance.
- Quality & SLA Compliance: Oversee site audits, acceptance testing (AT), and handover processes to ensure complete alignment with SLA commitments and safety norms.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 6 to 7 years of hands-on project management experience in telecom infrastructure execution.
- Technical Expertise: Proven, hands-on operational background in all three areas: Active Infrastructure, Passive Infrastructure, and Fiber Networks (OFC).
- Education: B.Tech / B.E. in Electronics & Communication (ECE), Electrical, or Telecommunications Engineering. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a strong plus.
- Location: Based in or willing to work full-time from Gurugram, Haryana.
- Core Skills: Strong leadership, data-driven reporting, structured project tracking, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
