We are looking for an ORM / SEO Executive to strengthen our online presence, improve search visibility and manage the brands digital reputation across search engines and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Online Reputation Management (ORM)
- Respond to Google Business Profile (GMB) reviews across multiple locations in a timely and professional manner
- Reply to reviews on other platforms (Justdial, Sulekha, Practo, Facebook, etc., as applicable)
- Maintain a review response and ORM tracker

Google Business Profile (GMB) Management

- Create and publish GMB posts/updates (service, offer, awareness posts)
- Upload images and videos regularly to GMB profiles
- Maintain and share GMB performance reports (calls, clicks, direction requests, impressions)
- Support multi-location GMB optimization activities

SEO Off-Page & Support Activities

- Execute off-page SEO / backlink creation (business listings, citations, directories, etc.)




- Maintain backlink trackers with URLs, anchor text, and status
- Assist in basic on-page SEO tasks as required (meta updates, content uploads, internal linking)
- Monitor keyword rankings and organic performance

Reporting & CRM Coordination

- Prepare and share monthly SEO performance reports
- Update daily activity and lead reports from Salesforce (SF) CRM

Tools & Platforms

- Google Business Profile
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics / GA4 (basic understanding)
- Excel / Google Sheets
- SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz basic level)
