Senior Administrator - MS System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Job Summary

Administer and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure. Deploy operating systems, applications, and software updates. Manage Windows endpoint lifecycle from provisioning to retirement. Create and maintain device collections, packages, applications, and task sequences. Manage Patch Management and monthly Windows update deployments. Monitor SCCM health, distribution points, and client performance. Troubleshoot SCCM client, application deployment, and OS deployment issues. Generate compliance, inventory, and patch reports. Support driver and image management activities. Integrate SCCM with Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft Endpoint Manager. Ensure endpoint security and compliance requirements are met. Participate in migration, upgrade, and modernization projects.

Skill Requirements

Responsible for managing and maintaining Microsoft SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) infrastructure to support software deployment, operating system deployment, patch management, endpoint compliance, and device lifecycle management across the enterprise.

Other Requirements

Handle complex deployment and patching issues. Manage SCCM infrastructure components. Create advanced task sequences and application packages. Perform SCCM upgrades and health remediation. Support Intune co-management initiatives. Work with vendors and Microsoft support for critical incidents.
