We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective and existing clients, generating leads, explaining our products and services, following up with clients, and achieving assigned monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, email, WhatsApp and other marketing channels.
- Understand client requirements and explain relevant products, services and courses.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and conversions.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales/marketing targets.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for lead processing and customer requirements.
- Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, seminars and events when required.
- Prepare basic reports on lead generation, follow-ups and target achievement.




- Identify new business opportunities and contribute ideas for improving marketing activities.

Skills Required

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust follow-up and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, email and WhatsApp.
- Ability to maintain client records and follow up systematically.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in Marketing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and a willingness to work in a target-oriented role may also apply.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, business development or marketing will be an advantage.
