We are looking for a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics and digital content creation, with the ability to transform ideas into visually engaging content across multiple platforms.

You will work closely with the creative, marketing and social media teams to develop high-quality visual content for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, events and brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media creatives, posts, stories, reels and digital campaigns.
- Design and edit videos, promotional content, motion graphics and short-form videos.
- Develop professional presentations, pitch decks, marketing materials and event creatives.
- Create visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
- Work on typography, layouts, colour combinations, imagery and visual storytelling.
- Edit and enhance photographs, videos and other multimedia assets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to understand creative requirements and campaign objectives.
- Convert concepts and briefs into creative and visually impactful designs.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and deliver work within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current design trends, social media formats, visual styles and creative tools.
- Maintain organized design files and creative assets for ongoing projects.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Graphic Design and Multimedia Design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,



Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
- Positive working knowledge of Canva or similar design platforms.
- Experience creating social media creatives, reels, videos, motion graphics and presentations.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, layout and visual storytelling.
- Good video editing and basic motion graphics skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience working in a creative agency, media company, PR agency, advertising agency or digital marketing workplace will be an advantage.

Qualification

A degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Animation, Fine Arts, Mass Communication or a related field is preferred.
