We are hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive – Operations with 2–4 years of experience in Air Export operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with air export procedures and documentation, and able to handle day-to-day export coordination activities efficiently.

Experience Required: 2–4 years in Air Export Operations
Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Air Waybills (AWB) as per shipment and airline requirements.
- Handover of export bunch to airline/console agents including complete documentation.
- Execution of TC (Terminal Charges) and coordination for timely payments.
- Liaising with warehouse teams for cargo movement, stuffing, and timely handover.
- Coordinate with airlines, CHA,



and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and timely system updates.
- Address operational queries and support documentation requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- 2–4 years of experience in Air Export operations within a freight forwarding setup.
- Working knowledge of AWB preparation and export documentation process.
- Solid coordination and follow-up skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
