Job Description – Call Auditor

*Location:* Noida Sector 62

*Experience:* 1–3 Years

*Department:* Quality / Operation

Key Responsibilities

* Audit inbound and outbound calls as per defined quality parameters.

* Evaluate communication, customer handling, process adherence, and call quality.

* Identify gaps and provide constructive feedback to employees.

* Prepare daily/weekly/monthly call audit and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with Team Leaders and Training teams for performance improvement.

* Track recurring issues and recommend corrective training.

* Ensure compliance with company SOPs and call handling guidelines.

Requirements

* Graduate in any discipline.

* 1–3 years of experience in Call Auditing, Quality.

* Good communication and listening skills.

* Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.

* Valuable analytical and observation skills.
