About the Role

Big7 Solutions is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual design and be able to create engaging, professional, and brand-focused creatives for digital platforms.

You will work closely with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, advertisements, and other marketing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, and marketing materials.
- Design social media posts, carousels, stories, banners, promotional creatives, and campaign materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual directions based on project requirements.
- Maintain consistency across brand guidelines, typography, colours, layouts, and visual elements.
- Create designs in different sizes and formats for various digital platforms.
- Work on multiple design projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to execute creative requirements.
- Understand design briefs and translate ideas into effective visual concepts.
- Review feedback and make required design revisions.
- Stay updated with current design trends and digital content styles.

Required Skills





- 1–2 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Experience with Figma is an advantage.
- Good understanding of social media design and digital content requirements.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across different designs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

A degree, diploma, or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.

A strong design portfolio showcasing social media creatives, branding, digital campaigns, or other relevant work is required.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a designer who is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and passionate about visual communication. The ideal candidate should be comfortable taking a concept from an initial idea through to a polished final design.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
