WE’RE HIRING | MULTILINGUAL TECHNICAL/PRODUCT SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Experience: Freshers / 0–2 Years

Qualification: B.E / B.Sc / BCA

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Languages Required
Candidates who speak any ONE of the following:
Hindi / Urdu / Malayalam /Telugu

About Bytize:
Bytize is a growing SaaS company providing POS & ERP solutions for restaurants and retail businesses through PosBytz.

Reponsibilities

- Handling customer queries via calls, chat, email & WhatsApp.
- Troubleshooting basic product/technical issues
- Guiding customers on ERP/POS features
- Managing tickets
- Escalating complex issues
- Follow up until resolution

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
