About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trade Finance Auditor to conduct audits of trade finance operations, with a focus on regulatory compliance, transaction controls, documentation, and operational processes across domestic and international trade.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct audits of Trade Finance operations, including Letters of Credit (LCs), import/export transactions, and trade-related financing.
- Review Invoice Discounting transactions and related documentation, approvals, limits, and controls.
- Audit Export and Import operations, including EDPMS and IDPMS compliance and transaction monitoring.
- Review Remittances, foreign exchange transactions, and related regulatory requirements.
- Audit TReDS transactions and assess process and control compliance.
- Review FDI and ODI transactions from a regulatory and documentation perspective.
- Audit Bank Guarantees (BGs), e-BGs, and SWIFT operations.
- Review Foreign Currency Loans and related processes, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct audits of Forex operations, including transaction processing, documentation, valuation, settlement, and controls.




- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and regulatory non-compliances and recommend corrective actions.
- Review adherence to applicable RBI guidelines, internal policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit observations, working papers, and reports and discuss findings with relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Trade Finance Audit, Banking Audit, Internal Audit, or related banking operations.
- Strong hands-on experience in Trade Finance and Forex operations.
- Practical knowledge of LCs, Import/Export, EDPMS, IDPMS, Remittances, TReDS, FDI, ODI, BGs, e-BGs, SWIFT, and Foreign Currency Loans.
- Positive understanding of RBI regulatory guidelines applicable to trade finance and foreign exchange operations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and audit-reporting skills.
- Ability to independently execute audit assignments and identify control and compliance gaps.
- Prior experience with banking/internal audit assignments will be preferred.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
