We are looking for a skilled, responsible, and patient-friendly Phlebotomist cum Receptionist to join our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform blood collection ( in clinic and home collection) and phlebotomy procedures safely and efficiently.

Handle home sample collection from patients with professionalism and punctuality.

Properly label, handle, store, and transport blood and other diagnostic samples. Manage front-desk/reception activities, including patient registration, appointments, billing, and enquiries.

Coordinate with doctors, patients, diagnostic laboratories, and other staff.

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Attend phone calls and WhatsApp enquiries professionally.

Assist patients with information regarding consultations, investigations, reports, and other clinic services.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper infection-control practices in the collection area. Handle daily administrative and reception-related tasks as required.

Requirements Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / relevant phlebotomy certification preferred.





Prior experience in phlebotomy and front-desk/reception work will be an advantage. Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable with home sample collection.

Should be polite, presentable, responsible, and patient-friendly. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Basic computer knowledge is required.

Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for home collections.

What We're Looking For:

- DMLT qualification or valid phlebotomy training
- Minimum 6 months experience in blood collection (properly trained freshers may also apply)
- Own bike with valid driving license is preferable
- Good communication
- Presentable, punctual, reliable and comfortable working independently

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
