We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Inspector you will be responsible for ensuring that machined components meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and quality standards. The role involves inspection of in-process and finished parts using precision measuring instruments and ensuring compliance with company quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform in-process and final inspection of machined components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T.;
- Use precision measuring instruments such as:




- Vernier calipers
- Micrometers (inside/outside)
- Height gauges
- Bore gauges
- Dial indicators
- Surface roughness tester
- CMM (if applicable)
- Verify dimensional tolerances and surface finish requirements.
- Maintain inspection records and complete quality documentation.
- Identify non-conforming products and initiate corrective action procedures.
- Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with ISO / customer quality standards.
- Conduct first article inspections (FAI) when required.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / ITI / Technical certification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in a machine shop inspection role (preferred).
- Strong knowledge of measuring instruments and inspection techniques.
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality systems (preferred).
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, inspection software).

Location: Ajman, United Arab Emirates

Experience : 2-3 years in Machine Shop

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
