I would like to inform you that currently we are hiring candidates for the position of Client Relationship Manager – Client Servicing (Post-Order)for our Organization. Our organization is dealing with Filtration manufacturing.

Position:Client Relationship Manager – Client Servicing (Post-Order)

Experience: 2-4

Location: Ahmedabad (must reside within 30–45 minutes of office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer orders from confirmation to delivery and payment.
- Coordinate with Planning, Production and Stores for dispatch schedules.
- Proactively update customers regarding dispatch, transporter and invoice details.
- Handle delivery issues, complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain collection records.
- Update order/payment status in ERP/CRM and prepare weekly reports.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of B2B customer service,



order coordination, dispatch coordination or collections experience.
- Good communication and ability to handle difficult customer/payment calls.
- Valuable Hindi and English communication; Gujarati is an advantage.
- Good Excel knowledge, including basic receivables/ageing.
- Manufacturing/ERP experience and payment collection exposure will be an advantage.
- Ahmedabad candidates within approximately 40 minutes of the office preferred
