Job Responsibilities

- Generate new clients and new interior project opportunities for MGS Interior.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and vendors.
- Meet potential clients and professionally introduce MGS Interior, its services, and project portfolio.
- Communicate the company's quality of work, workmanship, timely delivery, and project execution capabilities.
- Develop new contacts and maintain long-term professional relationships.
- Monitor upcoming projects, market opportunities, and industry trends.
- Identify potential projects and approach the right clients and professionals.
- Follow up on leads, meetings, enquiries, and project opportunities.
- Explore new markets and develop opportunities for business growth.

Required Experience

5–8 years of experience in Marketing or Business Development within the Interior, Architecture, Construction, or related industries.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of the interior and construction market.




- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Strong client relationship and business development skills.
- Confident in meeting and communicating with architects, interior designers, builders, and clients.
- Positive follow-up, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client, architect, site, and market visits.

Main Objective

To contribute to the growth of MGS Interior by generating new clients, new projects, and new business opportunities while building strong professional relationships across the interior, architecture, and construction industry.

Location:

Mumbai-based role with frequent site visits.
