About the Role

We are looking for an SEO and AEO Expert to own our search strategy - technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content strategy, and keyword research - with growing focus on optimising for AI-driven answer engines (AEO) as an added skill area.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
- Execute on-page and technical SEO improvements
- Monitor rankings, traffic and search performance using SEO tools
- Optimise content structure for search engines and emerging answer engines (AEO)
- Build and maintain backlink strategies
- Report on SEO performance and recommend improvements

Requirements

- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals (on-page, technical, off-page)




- Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, etc.)
- Excellent written English communication
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Freshers with demonstrable SEO knowledge/projects are welcome

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) - optimising content for AI search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews)
- Basic understanding of content marketing
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
