About Lansky Production

Lansky Production is looking for an experienced and highly organized Line Producer to manage the planning, coordination, budgeting, and execution of our production projects. The ideal candidate should have strong production management skills and the ability to coordinate efficiently between creative teams, artists, vendors, crew members, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage productions from pre-production through final execution.
- Prepare and monitor production budgets, schedules, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with directors, creative teams, photographers, videographers, artists, models, makeup artists, stylists, technicians, and other crew members.
- Arrange and manage shoot locations, studios, equipment, transportation, accommodation, permissions, and production logistics.
- Source, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors and external production partners.
- Prepare call sheets, production schedules, crew requirements, and daily production plans.
- Ensure shoots and production activities are completed on schedule and within the approved budget.
- Handle last-minute production requirements and resolve on-ground issues efficiently.
- Track production expenses, vendor payments, invoices, advances, and other project-related costs.
- Maintain clear communication between the creative, production, talent, and management teams.
- Supervise production crew and ensure everyone understands their responsibilities and timelines.
- Ensure required equipment, props, costumes, sets,



and other production resources are available before shoots.
- Maintain qualified production standards and ensure smooth execution on set.
- Prepare post-production handover information and production reports for management.
- Support the planning and execution of fashion shoots, promotional campaigns, events, auditions, pageants, commercials, and digital content productions.

Required Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Line Producer, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and on-set operations.
- Excellent budgeting, scheduling, negotiation, and vendor-management skills.
- Solid network of production vendors and crew members is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling high-pressure and fast-changing production environments.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours depending on production schedules.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to take ownership of projects.

Preferred Background

Candidates with experience in fashion, pageants, advertising, media production, events, commercial shoots, films, or digital content production will be preferred.
