About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to handle end‑to‑end HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, onboarding.
- Handle payroll, attendance, and employee benefits (PF, ESI, leave management).
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and workplace harmony.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2–4 years of HR experience (manufacturing/trading industry experience is a plus).
- Knowledge of HRMS tools and MS Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
