Role Description:

This is a Full-time on-site role for a Psychology Trainee for Siliguri Location . The Psychologist Trainee will work closely with children, assisting in their cognitive and emotional development through structured activities. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing guided support to address mental health and behavioral concerns, and contributing to the education and overall well-being of children. Additionally, the trainee will collaborate with team members to ensure the program's effectiveness and provide feedback on individual progress.

Qualifications :

Background in Psychology with knowledge of development, behavior,



and child psychology Experience or training in Psychological Testing and its application with children Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members Awareness of Mental Health concepts and strategies to provide a secure and supportive environment Experience or interest in working within an Education or child development setting Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with children in a positive manner Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
