Key Responsibilities - TGT HINDI

- Teaching & Lesson Planning: Design daily and yearly lesson plans, worksheets, and interactive teaching aids.
- Core Objective: Build strong student proficiency in Hindi reading, writing, grammar, and literature appreciation
- Skill Development: Focus on core language competencies including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and creative writing.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Set question papers, conduct regular quizzes or exams, and grade assignments with timely feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive setting that encourages active student participation.
- KGT - COORDINATOR
- Curriculum Management: Support effective curriculum planning, implementation, and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
- Staff Supervision & Mentoring:



Guide, mentor, and provide professional support to kindergarten teachers and staff.
- Student Progress Tracking: Monitor student attainment, developmental milestones, and classroom behavior.
- Parent Communication: Maintain strong, positive communication with parents regarding child development and program updates.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure the campus and classrooms comply with safety standards and regulations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
