WE ARE HIRING – TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST (HR)

Master Software Solutions is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist (HR) with 3–4 years of experience, preferably in an IT/software company.

Location: IT City, Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end IT recruitment for entry, middle & senior-level positions
- Candidate sourcing through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Resume screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
- Day-to-day HR & office administration
- Assist in HR policy formulation and implementation
- Maintain HR records and recruitment databases
- Knowledge of HRMS/HRIS, ATS and other HR tools preferred

Candidate Profile:

- MBA/PG in HR or relevant qualification




- 1-2 years of experience in IT Recruitment/HR
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Proactive, organized and able to work independently
