We are looking Dispatch Coordinator for Goregaon east location.

Position -Dispatch Coordinator

Experience - 2 to 4 yrs

Location - Goregaon East

Salary - 18k to 25k

Job Description:

Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.

Maintain stock register.

Should have knowledge of dispatch

Should have positive knowledge of billing processes, invoice preparation, and billing documentation.

Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Dispatch Coordinator Handle data entry of invoices, purchase/sales details, customer information, employee records, and other business documents.

Perform data checking, correction, and regular updating of records.

Prepare reports and summaries as required by the management.

Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.

Coordinate with different departments to collect and verify required information.

Ensure proper filing and documentation of physical and digital records.

Complete assigned data entry tasks within specified timelines.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
