- Accurately record and process sales orders in a timely manner
- Respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries
- Prepare and share quotations and proforma invoices with customers
- Coordinate between the sales team, production, logistics, and accounts departments
- Follow up consistently on order delivery to ensure timely dispatch
- Maintain and update customer and order data in the CRM / ERP system
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports (MIS Reports)
- Follow up with the accounts department and customers for payment collection
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer complaints
- Maintain and update the database of current customer inquiries and leads
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Sales Head
Pay: ₹11,532.08 - ₹40,000.00 per month
