1. Job Purpose

The Campus Manager will be responsible for the overall administration, maintenance, safety, cleanliness, security, infrastructure, and smooth day-to-day functioning of the Kalyanam Karoti campus. The position requires effective coordination with hospital, rehabilitation, academic, administrative, housekeeping, security, engineering, and support departments.

The Campus Manager will ensure that all campus facilities are maintained in a safe, clean, efficient, disciplined, and service-oriented manner.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Campus Administration

- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the campus.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all campus facilities and support services.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding operational requirements.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, punctuality, and deployment.
- Maintain proper administrative records and registers.
- Implement organizational policies, SOPs, and administrative instructions.
- Conduct regular campus rounds and identify operational issues.

B. Housekeeping & Cleanliness

- Supervise housekeeping services across the campus.
- Prepare and monitor department-wise housekeeping schedules.
- Ensure cleanliness of hospitals, offices, classrooms, common areas, toilets, corridors, gardens, and other facilities.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and attendance.
- Ensure proper use and availability of cleaning materials.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain housekeeping checklists.
- Ensure departmental heads/signing authorities verify completion of assigned cleaning work.

C. Security & Safety

- Supervise security operations and security personnel.
- Ensure proper entry/exit control for staff, patients, visitors, vendors, and vehicles.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance and security arrangements.
- Coordinate with security agencies and security supervisors.
- Ensure implementation of fire and emergency safety procedures.
- Conduct regular checks of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, alarms, and other safety equipment.
- Report security incidents and safety concerns to senior management immediately.

D. Facility & Infrastructure Management





- Monitor the condition of buildings, rooms, offices, classrooms, hospitals, and common facilities.
- Coordinate with maintenance, electrical, plumbing, civil, HVAC, and other technical teams.
- Ensure timely resolution of maintenance complaints.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
- Monitor electricity, water supply, generators, lifts, air-conditioning, plumbing, and other essential services.
- Ensure proper upkeep of campus furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other assets.

E. Vendor & Contractor Management

- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, maintenance, pest control, landscaping, waste management, and other service providers.
- Monitor vendor performance and compliance with agreed service standards.
- Verify work completion before recommending bills for processing.
- Maintain records of contracts, service agreements, work orders, and vendor visits.
- Coordinate with the purchase/admin department for campus requirements.

F. Staff Coordination

- Monitor deployment of housekeeping, security, support, and facility staff.
- Conduct daily briefings where required.
- Address routine staff-related operational issues.
- Ensure proper uniform, ID cards, attendance, and discipline among support staff.
- Recommend training requirements for campus support personnel.

G. Asset & Inventory Coordination

- Support proper maintenance of campus assets and infrastructure.
- Conduct periodic physical verification of furniture, fixtures, equipment, and other assets.
- Report damaged, missing, or unusable assets.
- Coordinate with stores and purchase departments for routine campus requirements.
- Maintain records of campus-related consumables and supplies.

H. Waste Management

- Ensure proper segregation, collection, transportation, and disposal of waste.
- Coordinate with hospital departments regarding biomedical waste management requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness of waste collection areas.
- Monitor compliance with applicable organizational and statutory procedures.

3. Daily Responsibilities





- Conduct morning campus inspection.
- Check housekeeping and sanitation status.
- Check security deployment and attendance.
- Review maintenance complaints and pending work.
- Check electricity, water, sanitation, and other essential services.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding daily requirements.
- Monitor completion of assigned work.
- Record important observations and incidents.
- Conduct an end-of-day review of pending issues.

4. Required Qualifications

Essential:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Administration, Facility Management, Management, or a related field will be preferred.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in campus, hospital, institutional, facility, or administrative management.

Note: The Campus Manager shall perform any other administrative, facility, coordination, or operational responsibilities assigned by the competent authority from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹47,920.80 per month
