Slimming Therapist

Job Summary

We are looking for a Slimming Therapist to provide professional slimming and weight-management services to clients. The candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and willingness to learn VLCC treatments and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform slimming and weight-loss therapies as per VLCC SOPs.
- Operate slimming appliances safely and effectively.
- Explain treatments and appliance procedures to clients in simple terms.
- Take and maintain accurate client measurements and service records.
- Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and cleanliness of equipment and therapy rooms.
- Maintain therapy trolley, beds, appliances, and required products.
- Provide basic weight/inch-loss and maintenance guidance to clients.
- Identify client concerns and refer them to the appropriate expert when required.
- Support package and product sales through soft selling.




- Manage appointments and maintain client records.
- Follow all medical contraindications and safety guidelines.
- Attend training sessions and continuously improve technical skills.
- Support other responsibilities as required by the Slimming Head.

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of slimming/weight-loss treatments.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to learn.
- Valuable hygiene and personal grooming.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work in shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum Class 10 qualification.
- Relevant apprenticeship or hands-on training will be an advantage.
- 0–3 years of experience in slimming, wellness, beauty, or a similar industry, Massage , SPA
- Freshers with relevant training may also be considered.

Pay: ₹20,843.18 - ₹29,020.79 per month
