MithaiCana, a fast-growing dessert and cafe chain in Bangalore, is hiring Full Time Retail Staff to support increasing customer demand.

This role is ideal for motivated, career-oriented individuals. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality customer experience with speed, accuracy, and a positive attitude.

Work Schedule

- 6 days per week
- Rotational shifts between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM
- Weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits

- ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Handle walk-in customer orders accurately and professionally
- Pack delivery orders with attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness and assist with stocking between orders
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

- Basic communication skills in Kannada, Telugu, Hindi, or English
- Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 5 km of the store location
