Civil Engineer / Site Engineer

Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary

We are looking for a Civil Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in building construction, office interior works, plumbing and electrical coordination. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring quality and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor building construction and civil works, including masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing activities.
- Prepare, read, and interpret AutoCAD drawings and coordinate site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage office interior works and modular furniture installation, including workstations, partitions, storage units, reception areas, and other furniture works.
- Monitor manpower, materials, workmanship, quality, and project progress to meet project schedules and standards.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.




- Prepare daily and weekly site reports, material requirements, work measurements, and progress updates.
- Identify site-related issues, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution to minimize delays and rework.
- Ensure proper finishing, safety, housekeeping, snag rectification, quality control, and project handover in accordance with project requirements.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Valuable knowledge in AutoCAD.
- 1–3 years of relevant site experience.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Two-wheeler with driving License required.
- Hindi speaking added in advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

- site supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 50% (Required)
