We are looking for a hands-on Quality Manager responsible for ensuring product quality from incoming components through assembly, testing and final dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IQC, IPQC and final/outgoing QC.
- Establish quality standards and inspection/testing procedures.
- Conduct functional, electrical, visual and performance checks of finished products.
- Control rejection, rework and customer complaints.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, 5 Why, Fishbone and 8D.
- Monitor supplier/component quality and coordinate with Purchase/vendors.
- Conduct process and product audits.
- Prepare QC SOPs, checklists and quality reports.
- Work closely with Production to improve First Pass Yield (FPY) and reduce defects.
- Handle product reliability and safety requirements.
- Support BIS/ISI and applicable product compliance/testing.
- Train QC inspectors and production teams on quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement, 5S and quality systems.
