We are looking for a Legal Intern interested in Corporate & Commercial Law. The intern will gain practical exposure to contractual drafting, contract review, and corporate compliance while working on real-world business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft and review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, MOUs, and other commercial contracts
- Assist with drafting vendor, service, consultancy, partnership, and other business agreements
- Review contractual clauses relating to confidentiality, IP, indemnity, liability, termination, payment, and dispute resolution
- Conduct legal research on corporate and commercial law matters
- Assist with corporate compliance and legal documentation
- Identify contractual risks and suggest appropriate revisions
- Coordinate with business teams to understand commercial requirements

Requirements

- LL.B./B.L.S. LL.B. or currently pursuing a law degree




- Good understanding of Contract Law and Corporate/Commercial Law
- Strong legal research and contractual drafting skills
- Valuable written and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Prior exposure to commercial contract drafting will be an advantage

Stipend & Career Opportunity

Stipend: Based on the candidate's existing legal drafting skills, commercial-law knowledge, and practical understanding.

This is a 3-month internship with potential for a full-time Legal Associate position for candidates who demonstrate strong drafting ability, legal understanding, professionalism, and performance during the internship.
