*Digital Embroidery Designer*

*Company: Jasco Handicrafts Pvt. Ltd*.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Create and digitize embroidery designs using *Wilcom*.

* Convert artwork from *CorelDRAW / Adobe Illustrator* into machine-ready embroidery files.

* Prepare, modify, and optimize designs for *Dahao and computerized embroidery machines*.

* Select appropriate *stitch types, stitch density, underlay, sequencing, colors, and pull compensation*.

* Develop embroidery designs suitable for *plush, velboa, fleece, and other pile fabrics*.

* Prepare embroidery samples and make necessary corrections based on sampling and production feedback.

* Optimize designs for *embroidery quality, stitch count, thread consumption, and production efficiency*.

* Maintain organized *embroidery files, source files, machine formats, and revision records*.

* Coordinate with *Design, CAD, PPC, and Production teams* for new and existing SKUs.

* Troubleshoot embroidery-related issues during *sampling and bulk production*.

*Software Requirements*

* *Wilcom – Mandatory*

* *CorelDRAW – Mandatory*

* *Dahao – Preferred*

* *Adobe Illustrator – Preferred*

*Candidate Requirements*

* *2–5 years of experience* in computerized embroidery designing/digitizing.





* Robust understanding of *stitch types, density, sequencing, underlay, pull compensation, and embroidery placement*.

* Experience with *plush/soft toys, garments, or similar products* will be preferred.

* Good understanding of embroidery requirements for *pile and textured fabrics*.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to handle *multiple designs/SKUs within deadlines*.

* Ability to identify and resolve embroidery issues during sampling and production.

*Key Performance Areas (KPIs)*

* Accuracy and quality of embroidery files.

* Timely completion of embroidery designs.

* Minimum sampling corrections and rework.

* Production-friendly embroidery with efficient stitch consumption.

* Proper file management and version control.

* Consistent embroidery quality during bulk production.
