Role:
Develop and integrate the Linux-based platform for a multi-camera AI edge device using Raspberry Pi 5 / Hailo-based hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Linux BSP bring-up, system configuration and hardware integration.
- Integrate and validate NIC, NVMe, TPM, watchdog, thermal and PCIe devices.
- Support Hailo runtime/driver/firmware and hardware video acceleration.
- Develop systemd services, watchdog and service recovery mechanisms.
- Support Linux security hardening, firewall and least-privilege configuration.
- Implement/support signed OTA updates, rollback and system recovery.
- Develop system health monitoring, logging and diagnostics.
- Debug kernel, driver, hardware and system-level issues.
Required Skills:
- Strong C/C++ and Embedded Linux.
- Linux kernel, device drivers and BSP.
- Systemd,
Bash/Python scripting and Linux debugging.
- Ethernet, PCIe, NVMe, TPM and watchdog.
- Git and GDB.
- Experience with Raspberry Pi or similar ARM-based platforms.
- GStreamer / V4L2 / hardware acceleration is a plus.
- Hailo experience is a strong plus.
