Key Responsibilities

- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introduce Flipspaces' offerings, and generate qualified leads.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build, nurture, and maintain strong, strategic relationships with CXO-level decision-makers and key stakeholders.
- AI-Driven Reporting & Presentations: Utilize advanced AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to build, automate, and refine high-impact client presentations, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Market Research & Targeting: Conduct targeted market research to identify industry trends, key target accounts, and strategic business opportunities.
- Pipeline & CRM Management: Maintain, manage, and update sales pipelines and customer data through CRM systems.
- Client Coordination: Schedule, coordinate, and lead pitches, presentations, and persistent follow-ups with potential enterprise clients.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal execution, design, and project teams to ensure seamless client communication and delivery.
- Strategy & Account Growth:



Assist in formulating strategies to improve client conversion rates, account retention, and overall engagement.

Who We're Looking For

- Hands-on AI Proficiency: Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for data synthesis, content drafting, and research efficiency.
- Communication & Pitching: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to conduct cold outreach and present to C-suite executives.
- Analytical & Presentation Skills: Proven ability to create visually compelling pitch decks, dashboards, and analytical reports.
- Tech Savviness & CRM: Familiarity with CRM systems, contemporary sales technologies, and AI-assisted workflows. Drive & Execution: Self-motivated, structured, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
