About the Role
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, servicing, and breakdown support.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of packaging machinery and/or material handling equipment and be comfortable working on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and basic control-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of packaging and material-handling machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical breakdowns.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Identify machine faults and replace or repair faulty components.
- Attend customer service calls and provide in office technical support when required.
- Carry out machine testing, adjustments, alignment, and calibration where applicable.
- Understand machine wiring, sensors, motors, switches, relays, contactors, heaters, pneumatic components, and control panels.
- Troubleshoot basic PLC/control-related issues and coordinate with senior technicians when required.
- Maintain service reports and document breakdowns, repairs, and replacement parts.
- Support machine installation and demonstration at customer locations.Follow safety procedures while working on machinery and material-handling equipment.Machinery Knowledge Required
- The candidate should have experience or practical familiarity with industrial/packaging machinery, preferably including:

Required Technical Skills:

- Basic electrical troubleshooting




- Mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting
- Basic pneumatic systems
- Motors, sensors, switches, relays, contactors, and heaters
- Control panels and basic machine wiring
- Basic PLC knowledge will be an advantage.
- Ability to read basic electrical/wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance
- Basic knowledge of tools and measuring instruments
- Ability to identify machine faults systematically

Candidate Requirements:

- 2–3 years of relevant hands-on experience in machinery maintenance/service.
- TI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with industrial machinery, packaging machines, automation equipment, or material-handling equipment preferred.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for installation and service.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with customers.
- Must be comfortable working on-site and handling field-service requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with previous experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Machine Technician, Field Service Technician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician will be considered.

Important: We are looking for someone with actual hands-on machine maintenance/service experience, not only theoretical knowledge.
