- 7–10 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance.
- Experience in an electrical manufacturing company is mandatory.
Qualification
- B.E. Mechanical

- B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical)
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and standards.
- Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct quality audits and inspections.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with Production, Design, and Purchase departments to improve product quality.
- Maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS).
- Experience in electrical panel or electrical equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of inspection techniques, testing procedures, and quality standards.
- Valuable leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation.
