Job Description – Solar Site InstallerJob Responsibilities

- Carry out solar structure fabrication and installation at project sites.
- Install, align, and fix solar mounting structures and related components.
- Perform basic electrical installation and wiring work related to solar systems.
- Have working knowledge of the basic principles and working of solar PV systems.
- Install and handle solar components such as solar panels, mounting structures, cables, connectors, earthing materials, and other related equipment.
- Use tools and equipment such as hammer, drilling machine, grinder, multimeter, measuring tools, and hand tools.
- Perform basic testing, checking, and troubleshooting during solar installation.
- Follow site instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI qualification is required.
- Candidate must have either:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in solar installation, or




- 3 months of on-ground training/internship in solar installation with a valid training/internship certificate.
- Basic knowledge of solar PV systems and installation procedures is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, tools, and electrical safety.
- Knowledge of solar installation components and their applications.
- Ability to use a multimeter, drilling machine, hammer, grinder, and other installation tools.
- Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to work at heights and follow safety procedures.
- Good teamwork, discipline, and punctuality.

Experience

- Candidates with 6 months or more of solar installation experience are preferred.
- Freshers with 3 months of certified on-ground solar installation training/internship may apply.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
