Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Spoken Hindi Trainer to train students in practical Hindi communication and improve their speaking confidence. The trainer will focus on conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, sentence formation and everyday communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging Spoken Hindi and Communication Skills classes.
- Train students in conversational Hindi for academic, qualified and everyday situations.
- Improve students' Hindi speaking fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar.
- Conduct role plays, group discussions, presentations and interactive speaking activities.
- Help students overcome hesitation and build confidence in speaking Hindi.
- Train students in interview communication and professional Hindi where applicable.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, activities and training materials.
- Assess students' Hindi communication skills and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular speaking assessments and practical communication exercises.
- Track and maintain individual student progress records.




- Adapt teaching methods according to different student proficiency levels.
- Encourage students to use Hindi in practical, real-life situations.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding student performance and training requirements.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in workshops, seminars and other Academy activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Education, Communication or a related field preferred.
- Excellent command of spoken and written Hindi.
- Strong knowledge of Hindi grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and sentence formation.
- Previous experience as a Hindi Trainer, Hindi Teacher, Communication Trainer or Soft Skills Trainer is preferred.
- Excellent classroom-management and presentation skills.
- Ability to teach students with different levels of Hindi proficiency.
- Confident, patient and engaging personality.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Assamese communication skills will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Canva for preparing training materials will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
