Matrikaa Special Education is looking for a dedicated and experienced Special Educator to join our team in Greater Noida West.

Position

Special Educator teacher – 1-to-1 Intervention

Location: Greater Noida West
Job Type: Part-time
Working Hours: 3–4 hours per day
Work Setting: Centre-based
Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

About the Role

The educator will conduct individual 1-to-1 sessions with children with learning and developmental needs, including:

- Autism
- Learning Difficulties (LD)
- Dyslexia
- Dysgraphia
- Dyscalculia
- ADHD
- Slow learning

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct structured 1-to-1 special education sessions at the Matrikaa centre
- Work on giving language support to the child.
- Work on reading, writing, spelling, mathematics, attention and academic skills
- Plan and implement individualized learning goals
- Prepare worksheets, activities and teaching materials
- Implement and monitor IEP goals
- Track children's progress and maintain regular session records
- Provide appropriate support for attention, behaviour and classroom readiness
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and areas of focus




- Maintain qualified documentation and follow the centre's intervention plans

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory
- Diploma / B.Ed / M.Ed in Special Education will be preferred
- 1–2 years of relevant experience working with children with special educational needs
- Experience with autism, LD, ADHD or slow learners preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, responsible and child-friendly approach
- Ability to independently conduct structured 1-to-1 sessions
- Comfortable working 3-4 hours part-time at the centre
