Job Description

Livsmart Builders LLP is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fresher Civil Engineer to join our construction team. This is an excellent opportunity for Civil Engineering graduates who want to build robust practical knowledge and develop their career in building construction and site execution.

The selected candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and site teams and will gain practical exposure to various stages of construction.

Responsibilities

- Assist in supervising day-to-day construction site activities.
- Understand and execute works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Assist in checking RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing and other civil works.
- Assist in monitoring the quality and progress of construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers and site staff.
- Assist in quantity measurements and preparation of material requirements.
- Maintain daily site records and progress reports.
- Assist in checking reinforcement, shuttering and concrete works.
- Monitor proper usage of construction materials at site.
- Learn and follow construction safety procedures.
- Assist senior engineers in planning and execution of site activities.
- Visit construction sites and develop practical knowledge of building construction.
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings,



specifications and instructions.

Requirements

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic civil engineering and construction concepts.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Candidates who are willing to take responsibility and develop their technical skills are preferred.
