Key Responsibilities

1. Production Supervision

- Supervise and monitor production activities across all departments during the night shift.
- Ensure production is carried out as per the daily production plan and required targets.
- Monitor the production status of each department and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with department supervisors, operators, and workers to maintain smooth production flow.
- Identify and resolve day-to-day production issues during the shift.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.
- Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with the maintenance team for immediate action.

2. Manpower Management

- Monitor manpower availability and attendance across all production departments.
- Allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Ensure proper deployment and utilization of manpower.
- Maintain discipline and ensure employees follow company rules and work procedures.

3. Quality Control

- Ensure production is carried out as per approved quality standards and specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department regarding quality issues, rejection, and rework.
- Take immediate action to minimize production defects and rework.
- Ensure employees follow the required process and work instructions.

4. Dispatch Coordination

- Coordinate with the Dispatch Department to ensure timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Ensure finished goods are ready as per the dispatch plan.
- Coordinate with Production, Packing, Stores, and Dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
- Monitor packing and loading activities during the night shift.
- Ensure the correct quantity and materials are dispatched as per the requirement.
- Coordinate for vehicle availability and loading schedules whenever required.

5. Safety & 5S

- Ensure all employees follow safety procedures and use required PPE.




- Monitor and report unsafe practices and conditions.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices are maintained in all departments.
- Immediately report accidents, incidents, and near misses to the concerned department.

6. Shift Reporting

- Maintain records of production, manpower, quality issues, machine breakdowns, and dispatch activities.
- Prepare the night shift production report.
- Highlight production shortfalls, breakdowns, quality issues, and pending activities to the management.
- Ensure proper handover of shift-related information to the day shift.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Graduate in a relevant field.
- 2–3 years of experience in production supervision in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling multiple production departments is preferred.
- Knowledge of dispatch and packing operations will be an added advantage.
- Good manpower handling and supervisory skills.
- Ability to manage production activities independently during the night shift.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production reports.
- Willingness to work in the night shift.

- Achievement of daily production targets.
- Timely completion of production.
- Manpower utilization.
- Reduction in rejection and rework.
- Machine downtime control.
- Timely dispatch of finished goods.
- Safety and 5S compliance.
- Accurate production and shift reporting.
- Smooth coordination between all departments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
