Key Responsibilities Driver & Vehicle Partner Onboarding Identify and approach drivers, vehicle owners and travel operators. Explain Roamix benefits, features and earning opportunities. Assist drivers/partners with app installation and registration. Support document collection and verification as per company requirements. Help drivers understand how to create and manage intercity rides. Maintain regular communication with onboarded drivers and partners. Passenger Acquisition & Marketing Promote the Roamix app among passengers and local communities. Encourage passengers to download and register on the Roamix app. Promote intercity shared-seat and ride options. Conduct local marketing activities at suitable locations such as transport hubs, colleges, offices, residential areas and other high-footfall locations. Distribute promotional materials and explain current offers. Sales & Growth Achieve assigned driver onboarding and passenger acquisition targets. Develop local contacts and partnerships to increase Roamix usage. Identify new routes, pickup points and potential driver/partner networks.
Follow up with onboarded drivers and passengers to improve activation and usage. Submit daily/weekly activity and performance reports. Requirements Good communication and convincing skills. Comfortable with field work and meeting people directly. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Telugu communication is preferred. Hindi/English communication will be an advantage. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred for field activities. Freshers can apply. Previous experience in sales, field marketing, ride-hailing, travel or mobility companies is an advantage.
