### Hiring: Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive

We are looking for a **confident and enthusiastic Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive** with excellent **Hindi & English communication skills**.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Handle inbound & outbound calls and follow up with leads.

* Understand customer requirements and explain property projects.

* Qualify leads and generate genuine sales opportunities.

* Schedule and coordinate site visits.

* Share project details through WhatsApp.

* Maintain CRM/Excel records and achieve follow-up/site-visit targets.

**Requirements:**

* Excellent **Hindi & English communication – Mandatory**

* Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

* Basic knowledge of **Pre-Sales / Real Estate Sales**.

* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

* Real estate experience will be an advantage.
