About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with prospective customers, conducting property site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and develop new leads through calls, references, digital channels, and field activities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential/commercial properties.
- Contact potential buyers and follow up regularly to convert leads into sales.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for prospective customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, amenities, and other relevant details.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property transactions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams, channel partners, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.




- Stay updated on property inventory, market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing.

Requirements

- 1–5 years of experience in real estate, property sales, BFSI, automobile sales, or a related sales role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
- Ability to build and maintain qualified relationships.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
