We are looking for a motivated and communicative Sales Assistant / Sales Intern to join our team. This role is suitable for someone who wants to build a career in Sales and Business Development and gain practical experience in lead generation, prospect communication, and sales coordination. The initial 3-month period will serve as an internship/probation period, during which performance, communication, consistency, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment upon completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with lead generation and prospect identification
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant solutions
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Maintain and update lead and customer information
- Support the sales team in achieving targets - Schedule meetings and assist with sales coordination
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and follow-up
- Assist with day-to-day sales and business development activities Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and comfortable communicating with prospects
- Genuine interest in Sales or Business Development
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable working in the US shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)
- Previous sales or EdTech sales experience will be an advantage
