About the Role

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Estimation & Planning Engineer with 2–5 years of relevant experience in high-rise residential building construction projects.

The candidate will be responsible for quantity surveying, estimation, BOQ preparation, billing, tendering, project planning, and coordination with site teams, consultants, architects, purchase teams, and other project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and interpret working drawings, BOQs, contract conditions, and project specifications.
- Handle pre-tender activities, including BOQ preparation, estimation, tender documentation, and market rate analysis.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation for construction projects.
- Prepare BOQ, BOM, quantity reports, and cost-related documentation.
- Review architectural, structural, and technical drawings for quantity and estimation purposes.
- Prepare and monitor monthly project billing and verify contractor bills.
- Track project progress and collect regular work-status updates from site teams.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department for material requirements, resource planning, and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with architects,



structural consultants, contractors, site teams, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
- Identify quantity variations and assist in maintaining proper project cost records.
- Provide support in tender evaluation, rate analysis, and commercial documentation.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Quantity Surveying, Estimation, BOQ Preparation, and Billing.
- Experience in high-rise residential building construction projects is preferred.
- Good understanding of architectural and structural drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of BIM and quantity extraction.
- Understanding of construction materials, rates, and market pricing.
- Positive knowledge of contract and project documentation.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site and project teams.

Eligibility:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 2–5 years
- Relevant Experience: High-rise residential building construction
- Location: Panvel / Marine Lines, Mumbai
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
