Job Overview:
Smart Work Mart is urgently looking for confident and energetic Field Sales Executives for our recent Kota location. If you have good communication and sales skills, this is a great opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers
- Conduct cold calls, sales presentations, and field visits in pune
- Meet customers personally and explain products/services
- Convert leads into customers and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Maintain lead database and share regular sales reports
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Strong customer handling & convincing ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Willingness to travel within Kota for field visits
- Basic computer knowledge
